Employement Discrimation is Non Exist

The reason is - one would have to be employed before one experience emaplyment discrimination. I have seen too many of my friends who walked away from everything they had - good jobs, family, presteige - to become who they are today. When we become who our true selves, we are liberated. Too bad, the rest of the world don't agree.

Some trans folks quickly find themselves to become unemployed and underemployed. Did our ability to function change overnight?
